Between 2024-05-03 14:00 UTC to 2024-05-08 09:0 UTC, Jira Software and Jira Work Management customers experienced issues while attempting to create a new site / add new product. The root cause was a software bug that caused the service to be unavailable. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.
We continue to work on resolving the create a new site/add product for Jira Work Management and Jira Software. We have identified the root cause and expect recovery shortly.
We are investigating reports that some enterprise customers that have Jira Software are unable to add new sites and/or products. We are investigating and will update you when a resolution is found.
