Inaccessible Kajabi Communities

The issue affecting Kajabi Communities access has now been resolved. Communities were briefly unavailable earlier today, and we appreciate your patience while our team worked to restore functionality.

As a result of the downtime, some gamification points earned on June 17 may be delayed in appearing. Most will be visible within a few hours, but in some cases, it may take up to a few days for points to reflect properly. Please reach out to support if you have any questions.

We are currently experiencing an issue where the Communities feature is not available. This is impacting access to Kajabi Communities, and users may be unable to view or interact with their community spaces.

Our engineering team is actively investigating the cause and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We’ll provide updates here as more information becomes available.
