Elevated errors on background removal

Background removal is fully operational. The backlog has cleared and processing times are back to normal. The cause was a shortage of GPU capacity that stopped us scaling up to meet demand. We've since restored capacity and are making changes to reduce the chance of it happening again. Thanks for your patience.
