What was the Impact: Users experienced issues with files upload ( i.e upload stuck with no progress).

Current Status: Our team has successfully restored the files upload functionality. Uploaded files that can not be played, should be uploaded again (files that might appear as uploaded but cannot be played back).

What to Expect Next: We are going to monitor the performance and close the incident in the next hour.
