On Saturday, October 21st, at 11:50 AM Pacific, Ketch encountered an incident that caused a degradation of the consent experience, affecting both experience rendering and consent capture processes. The root cause of this incident was the unexpected expiry of internal mTLS certificates, rendering some subsystems unable to communicate with each other. Our team resolved the issue on October 22 at 2:36 PM Pacific, restoring normal operations. At Ketch, we understand the critical importance of maintaining a seamless user experience.
