Outage Details

Starting 2:50pm (US Eastern Time), due to a configuration issue, we began experiencing a range of degradations in the Klaviyo application. This includes image uploads, form publishing, the ability to view dashboards, ability to submit support tickets, and use of certain APIs. The root cause has been identified and we are currently working on a fix. We will provide updates as soon as possible.
