Partial API Outage & Delays in Event Processing

This incident has been resolved, and all event processing is back to normal. All event and subscription API requests have been processed successfully. Failed API requests related to creating and updating profiles between 1:37 PM and 2:18 PM (US Eastern Time) were lost and are unable to be replayed.

Event processing is now back to real-time. We are continuing to monitor our systems.

We have addressed the underlying issue, and API latency is returning to normal. However, as a result of the outage, event processing now is experiencing delays. Event-triggered flows, real-time segmentation, and any event data related to analytics are delayed by at least 1 hour. We are in the process of restoring normal operations and will continue to provide updates here.

Klaviyo has seen a disruption in our API availability starting at 1:42 PM US Eastern Time. We are investigating the issue and working to mitigate it currently.
