We have had no further performance issues since implementing the fix for the issue causing the intermittent slow load times, we are confident that the issue has been resolved and will close this incident.

Synthesis 6 performance has remained normal, but we will continue to monitor the application.
We have put a fix in place for the performance issues on Synthesis 6 from yesterday morning and today. Performance has returned to normal and we are continuing to investigating the root of the issue.
We are currently experiencing higher than normal page load times on Synthesis 6.
Are are working to correct these issues as quickly as possible and will have an update as soon as it is available.
