While new wire activity is processing normally, our funding provider has identified a group of older transactions that are missing key identifiable information, such as originator details.

We’ve resolved the delays impacting USD wire transactions processed via Dart Bank.

• All previously delayed withdrawals have been processed and client balances updated.
• The remaining backlogged deposits have been reviewed. Our funding provider has confirmed that statuses on current transactions are correct and up to date.

We are no longer seeing issues with new USD wire transactions and expect normal service to continue. We will continue to monitor for any further delays.
