US Dollars (USD) Dart Bank - Transaction delays

We are continuing to work with the funding provider to address the ongoing delays. Please note that:

• Wires may take longer than usual to process and settle.
• Deposits and withdrawals created after July 14 may still intermittently show unexpected statuses.

We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide updates as we receive further information.

We have been made aware of a delay affecting Dart Bank funding transactions (deposit/withdrawals) initiated between 20:00 UTC on July 11 and end of day July 14, 2025. We are working with the funding provider to investigate the issue and address.

Note: Deposits and withdrawals created after this period are processing normally.
