From ~3:30-6:53am MT customers may have experienced apps not loading or going to error when attempting to access. Our servers got into a bad state again and were not successfully routing traffic. We restarted our servers to clear the errors and restore access. To help avoid this going forward we've reconfigured our servers to better handle these errors and we've added additional alerting to warn us in advance if they start to get into a bad state in the future. We're still actively monitoring and adding additional fixes as needed to address further issues. We apologize for the disruption this may have caused.
