A network connectivity issue happened on a submarine transit link between APAC and US-West starting 10:25 AM UTC. This network connectivity issue is hindering the new deployments to reach our APAC POPs. Due to that, we have temporarily disabled some of our APAC POPs. The end-users traffic coming from APAC is being served by other nearby POPs (i.e. India/Middle East). We are continuing to monitor the situation and will re-enable traffic on our APAC POPs as soon as the network connectivity issue is resolved.

The incident has been resolved. The APAC POPs that were temporarily disabled following this outage are now serving traffic correctly again.

A network connectivity issue happened on a submarine transit link between APAC and US-West starting 10:25 AM UTC.

This network connectivity issue is hindering the new deployments to reach our APAC POPs.

Due to that, we have temporarily disabled some of our APAC POPs. The end-users traffic coming from APAC is being served by other nearby POPs (i.e. India/Middle East).

We are continuing to monitor the situation and will re-enable traffic on our APAC POPs as soon as the network connectivity issue is resolved.
