The problem on AWS Lambda started around 6:49 PM UTC.
At 6:52 PM UTC, the traffic automatically started to fail over to the AWS us-east-2 region, and was fully failed over at 7:00 PM UTC.
AWS have identified the root cause as an issue with AWS Lambda, and are actively working toward resolution.
The problem seems to be related to an outage on AWS Region us-east-1.
We have been experiencing an elevated level of HTTP Errors and are currently looking into the issue.
