After monitoring the situation our engineering team has deemed this incident to be resolved. During a bandwidth upgrade performed by our internet service provider proper routing changers were not successfully implemented which caused downtime for some our tenants. In working with our service provider our engineering staff was able to identify the affected subnets which enabled the service provider to resolve the routing misconfiguration.
