DNS Service Degraded

We are currently investigating an issue with our DNS service which could be causing certain devices to have difficulty accessing the internet. Updates to this issue will be posted here as they become available.

We have identified that an update made to the DNS servers over the weekend may have caused this issue. Our engineers are in the process of rolling back the update.

A fix for the DNS issue has been implemented and traffic appears to be passing as normal. Our engineering team will be monitoring our systems throughout the next few hours to make sure we are running at an optimal state.
