Our email service provider for Monitor Alerts, Mailjet, is currently experiencing an issue resulting in the delayed sending of email alerts to Safeguarding contacts. While email alerts are down, we are still making alert calls and all alerts will also still appear on the Monitor Dashboard.
To ensure there are no gaps in our safeguarding service to you, our Moderators will be contacting you directly via phone call if any incidents require it, until email service has been fully restored.
We will post updates here as we receive updates from Mailjet on their resolution.
