Our engineering team has identified the root cause related to the automatic update process for macOS Agent v3.7.3.

We are now progressing with a hotfix designed to resolve the high memory usage and stability issues reported.

We expect to begin delivering this update shortly. Until the new version is available, the previously recommended manual uninstallation and reinstallation remains the most effective workaround for immediately restoring service on affected machines.

We will provide a further update once the rollout of the fix has commenced.
