Access to Various Portals within Linewize Unavailable

We are aware of a critical incident affecting user access to various Linewize portals, including Monitor and the Ed Tech Insights. We believe this is due to a current issue occurring with Microsoft Azure.

Users attempting to access these platforms are currently unable to log in or view data.

A critical incident has been raised, and our engineering teams are actively investigating the root cause and working on a resolution.

We have confirmed that the portal issues we are experiencing are connected to the Microsoft Azure critical incident they are currently reporting.

We have been able to confirm we are still receiving alerts without delay for our Monitor product and all events that need to be moderated are being investigated by our Moderation team. We have a team of engineers watching these systems to make sure they remain functional.
