Dear Customer / Partner, Please be aware that there is a disturbance towards Telia in Finland. The impact is currently no longer affecting customer traffic due to switching the traffic to an alternative operator until the issue is resolved by Telia. Start Date & Time: 2024-09-13 06:00 CEST End Date & Time: 2024-09-13 11:30 CEST Affected service: MT messages Issue: Some messages with a protected sender ID may have been undelivered before we routed them to an alternative operator, pending resolution of the issue by Telia. LINK is in contact with the operator. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and will provide more information when available.

This disruption originated within the operator's network and we have received information from the operator that the issue has been resolved.
