Dear Customer / Partner,
We would like to inform you that the recent disturbance was limited only to the connection to the operator. The GW2 environment and its services were not affected and continued to operate normally.
Customers may have experienced slight delays in the delivery of some messages due to this external connection, but no issues occurred within GW2 itself.
We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and thank you for your understanding.
