[GW2] Unscheduled disturbance

We would like to inform you that the recent disturbance was limited only to the connection to the operator. The GW2 environment and its services were not affected and continued to operate normally.

Customers may have experienced slight delays in the delivery of some messages due to this external connection, but no issues occurred within GW2 itself.

We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing issues with processing Mobile Terminated (MT), Mobile Originated (MO) & DLR messages for GW2.

Impact: Delays or interruptions with the delivery of Mobile Terminated (MT), Mobile Originated (MO) & DLR messages via GW2.

We are actively working to resolve the issue and will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
