On November 8 2025, customers using services hosted in our Mumbai (in-bom-2) and Chennai (in-maa) datacenters may have experienced packet loss and connection timeouts due to an issue with a third party transit provider. We are working with the provider to determine the cause of the issue. We will be monitoring this to ensure that it remains stable. If you are still experiencing issues, please open a Support ticket for assistance.
