Outage Details

An upstream provider we use for outbound alert email notifications is suffering congestion due to an earlier problem they had. This is causing alert notifications that are sent by email to be delayed but about 40 minutes at this time. Alert notifications that use other methods are not affected, nor are any other aspects of the service. We will continue to update as this incident progresses.
