Issues Signing Up for Lunar in Sweden

We are currently experiencing issues retrieving customer data from the Swedish national registry, Statens personadressregister (SPAR). This means that customers have to manually enter their information during the onboarding flow. Customers can still complete the process, but it requires more steps than usual, and there may be additional waiting time before an account can be created. This issue affects both personal and business customers. Unfortunately, due to this issue, it is currently not possible to create a Lunar Youth account or onboard multi-users for business in Sweden. The problem started on August 13. We are actively working to resolve the issue and will keep our customers updated. We apologize for the inconvenience.
