We are currently experiencing an issue that affects all Android users trying to access the 'Help & Support' function in the Lunar app. When customers click on the button, the screen appears blank.
This is due to an external partner that has made some changes on their end, affecting us. We are in close dialogue with our partner and are working to resolve this issue.

We have now implemented a fix and are currently waiting for it to be approved by Google.
Once this is approved, customers will be able to update the app, and the 'Help & Support' function will be working again.
We will update this once more information becomes available.
