Delayed Transfers, Accounts and Betalingsservices

Our payment infrastructure provider is currently experiencing technical issues. As a result, some transfers sent to or from Lunar via instant transfer or MobilePay may be delayed. We can also confirm that the creation of new accounts and betalingsservices, and connecting Nemkonto, is happening but is delayed. We are in close dialogue with them while they work to resolve the issue. As soon as it is resolved, we will make sure that all delayed items are processed. We will keep this updated once more information becomes available.
