The 1st of January is a public holiday in South Africa, banks do not process payments on holidays. This means that any withdrawals from Luno that we send to the banks won’t be processed until the 2nd of January 2026. Please note that this only applies to ZAR withdrawals. Crypto withdrawals will be processed as usual, in accordance with our service level agreements.
