Access blocked due to high-level vulnerability

Dear MeluXina users,



MeluXina access has been restored as of 14:41 CEST with pending jobs resumed.

A mitigation to the identified security vulnerability has been deployed, and impacted some of the jobs running in the system today. Our support team will reach out to those potentially affected and offer our expert support.



A final fix is expected to be deployed in the near future without a production stop, once vendor patches are available and qualified on the system.

A mitigation has been identified and is being applied to the login and compute environment.

A short update. We are currently monitoring the availability of security fixes from the software vendor, that will be applied as soon as they become available.



Login and compute nodes will be patched first and existing running compute jobs may need to be cancelled to allow the application of the permanent fix.



Updates will continue to be published here as soon as there is new information.
