Final Service Update – All Services Restored
Power has now been restored across our entire service area following the recent extreme wind event, and all Internet services are back online.
We appreciate everyone’s patience as utility crews worked to restore power and as we monitored and verified service restoration throughout the network. If you experience any lingering issues, a quick power cycle of your modem and router may help.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
We continue to monitor conditions across our service area following the recent extreme wind event.
Power has now been restored in the following areas, and Internet services in these neighborhoods are back online:
Stone Canyon
Apple Valley
Eagle Canyon
At this time, remaining service impacts are primarily related to ongoing electrical power outages.
In Lyons Park Estates and Longmont Dam Rd, portions of the area remain without power. Our fixed wireless network in these areas has remained operational throughout the event, and customers who currently have electrical power should also have Internet service available.
If your power has been restored but your Internet service has not yet returned, we recommend power cycling your modem and router. If issues persist, please contact our support team.
Thank you for your patience as utility crews continue restoration efforts and as we monitor the network.
Service Update – Ongoing Power Outages Affecting Internet Service
As we continue to monitor services across our coverage area, localized power outages are still affecting Internet service in some neighborhoods.
Due to the severity of today’s wind storm and the volume of power faults, outages remain in the following areas:
Lyons Park Estates
Apple Valley
Eagle Canyon
Stone Canyon
Throughout the day, our team has worked to address issues as they were reported, using the resources available while conditions allowed. At this time, remaining service interruptions are primarily the result of ongoing electrical power outages.
For updates on power restoration, local utilities are providing real-time information:

Reliable Internet service depends, in part, on reliable electrical power. While we’ve invested heavily in backup power systems to improve resilience, those systems do have limitations during extended outages. Once commercial power is fully restored, we expect affected services to come back online.
We would also like to note that our fiber Internet services have not been affected by these power outages and have remained operational throughout today’s events. This resiliency is one of the advantages of our fiber network design.
Thank you for your patience as we continue to monitor conditions and restore service where needed.
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
Due to today’s high winds, we are experiencing localized power outages in the area. These outages are affecting some of our network equipment, and customers may experience intermittent service disruptions throughout the day while conditions persist.
Fixed wireless customers may also experience service issues if wind has caused antenna or dish misalignment. For safety reasons, we will be unable to perform realignments until the wind subsides.
Please note that we do not expect our fiber customers to be impacted during this storm.
Our team is actively monitoring the situation and will address issues as soon as conditions allow. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this weather event.
