Repairs have been completed and service has remained stable.
We have been able to temporarily repair the chewed fiber and service has been fully restored. We will be replacing the damaged cable tomorrow morning during our maintenance window between 8 AM and 12 PM.
We have found the issue to be a fiber cable damaged by a rodent. We are working on repairing the damaged fiber cable and hope to have service restored within the next hour or two.
