Stone Canyon

Service has been restored. Cleanup efforts will continue over the next couple days however we do not anticipate any further service interruptions.

All hands are on deck and progress is being made. Fiber customers will be up and running in 2-4 hours, broadband customers 4-5 hours. Thank you for all the patience!

Stone Canyon service interruption update:

It was determined that an oversized semi-trailer truck carrying a tall piece of equipment struck our line last night at 7:55 with enough force to cause it to swing up and get twisted around the power lines. Subsequently, after Longmont Power was dispatched to restore power, they were forced to cut our lines down in order to untangle them from their power lines.

We have contacted a contractor to assist us with replacing our lines and getting service restored. While we hope to have service restored before the end of the day, we cannot yet give a definite ETA when service will be restored.

All of our fiber and cable customers in Stone Canyon are currently experiencing an outage. We are working diligently to get all services up and running. Thank you for your patience.
