Earlier today, some Higher Ed customers reported issues loading their eBook tab within Achieve. Most commonly, impacted customers are seeing a "cw-services-live.macmillanlearning.com refused to connect" error message. The team is actively addressing the issue, and we will provide further updates as soon as possible.
For now, we recommend that instructors make at least one reading activity visible in their course, as students can access their eBook from either an available reading activity on their Course Home page or through their VitalSource Bookshelf.
