Email Delivery Delay for Some Users

Our team has confirmed that the email delivery issue has been fully resolved. All emails sent through Manatal are now being delivered as expected.

During the disruption window, some emails may have experienced short delays. A small number of emails may still be in the process of being delivered as the queue fully clears.

We are currently experiencing a technical issue affecting the email delivery. Some users may notice that their emails are not delivered although the status mentions that it was delivered. We have identified the root cause and implemented a fix and the emails are now getting delivered with a short delay. We are monitoring the performance. We will provide an update in the next 30 minutes.
