As of 10:18am UTC, 03:18 PT Marqeta suffered a drop to 0 for Mastercard tokenization requests. This means that cardholders with Marqeta customers who have Mastercard as their network will not be able to tokenize their cards to digital wallets. Token-based authorizations are unaffected. Visa customers are not affected. We are speaking with Mastercard to understand root cause and timelines for recovery.
