Degradation in Processing Incoming Invoices in Capture

At the moment incoming invoices should processed with average timings.

Scaling out the infrastructure is helping to expedite the processing of the backlog. Normal system performance should be restored soon.

We have identified a failed component and are adjusting our infrastructure scaling to address the backlog of stuck invoices.

Processing invoice sent into system via Capture API is impacted as well
