Duration: 1 hour 34 minutes Issue Summary: Our servers experienced high traffic conditions that resulted in service disruptions for some users. Affected users encountered difficulties with: Logging into the platform Loading meeting types Accessing workflows Viewing availability settings Resolution: We identified the root cause as insufficient server capacity during peak traffic. Our team immediately scaled our server infrastructure to handle the increased load. Service has been fully restored and all systems are now operating normally. Impact: During the incident period, a subset of users experienced intermittent access issues. Not all users were affected, but those who were may have experienced slow loading times or inability to access certain features. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and have implemented additional monitoring to prevent similar issues in the future.Retry
