Email Delivery Disruption

This incident has been resolved.

The issue affecting our email delivery service has been resolved. All meetergo emails, including meeting confirmations and reminders, are now sending successfully.
Our engineering team has restored service by rerouting all email traffic to a secondary, fully operational email provider. We will continue to use this system to ensure stable service.
To avoid spamming your inbox with outdated notifications, emails that failed to send during the disruption period will not be resent. Please check your meetergo dashboard for details on any meetings scheduled during that time.

We have identified the issue is with our third-party email delivery provider. Our engineering team is in active communication with the provider to resolve this with the highest priority.

We are currently experiencing a major disruption with our email service. Emails, including meeting confirmations, reminders, and notifications, are not being sent.

Our core scheduling service and user data are not affected.
