Mendix portal degraded performance

After implementing a fix and monitoring the results closely, we noticed the Mendix Portal functionality resumed back to normal. Therefore we will close the incident.
As mentioned in one of our updates scheduled (planned) PostgreSQL 17 upgrade maintenances will be rescheduled.
