This incident has been resolved. Connectivity to Symtar is restored. Thank you for your partnership in this process!
We will perform an urgent system update to address this production issue from 12:30 pm - 1 pm EST. Users will be temporarily disconnected and required to log back in. You will also receive a banner message within the DecisionLender 4 application.
A fix has been deployed to Demo. We are currently testing the fix and will schedule the deployment to production after the test has been confirmed successfully.
We have identified the issue and are working on a resolution that will likely require a code update.
We will have more updates to follow.
We are aware of a connectivity issue between DL 4 and the integration with our Symitar Core clients. We are actively investigating the problem and will provide status updates here as we have them.
