Outage Details

Clients are reporting that they are getting a new fraud alert when ordering Equifax credit reports. There are currently two possible workarounds. 1. Under Security Preferences > Fraud Detection Exclusions you can exclude the following "INQUIRY SSN HAS NEVER BEEN ISSUED OR WAS ISSUED AFTER JUNE 2011" under Identity Scan - Equifax. 2. If you have a backup bureau, you can temporarily change the default bureau to your backup by going to Interface Preferences > Loan Tab > Credit Interface > Then click on the individual login for each loan type and change the default Bureau under Order Options. OR, you can manually pull your backup bureau. In the meantime we've advised clients to reach out to Equifax directly to confirm if they've made changes.
