Outage Details

We have observed a delay in processing for Flows in the EU region only, and expect it to be resolved in ~1 hour. All other regions are unaffected. Flows (in the EU region) with "batch" style triggers are delayed (ie contact updates, segments, webhooks, Inbox comments, etc), however NO invocations are being lost/dropped. In the UI this would appear as flows being "stuck" in processing. We have added additional processing resources and expect the delay to be resolved within ~1 hour. All invocations will be completed, no data/task loss is occurring. Flows with real time triggers (triggers directly tied to message processing) have no delay.
