Downgraded Performance

The issue was resolved on Friday, our monitoring over the weekend confirms this

We have identified the reason for the degraded performance and fixed it. We are currently monitoring the system.

We've identified a query which is causing higher load on our systems. We're working with the team to optimise this.

The increase in latency is marginal and we're not receiving reports of significant impact.

We can see a small increase in latency to API's and we are narrowing down the root cause.
The user experience looks to be relatively unaffected but are working hard to improve the experience back to our baseline.

We have noticed a downgraded performance of the system.
We are currently looking into it.
