Starting 29th October 2025, the Microsoft Advertising Platform is experiencing an outage across the platform. Users may be unable to access the platform due to an Azure outage. We will share more as we receive more updates.
Affected features:

Accounts & Billing: Most of the UI has been restored, billing and payments and most account functions are working.

Advertiser API: No known impact.

Analytics: Some UET conversion goals configured via Simplified setup, Offline conversion goals, and UET insights were impacted. This has been resolved now.

BI/Reporting: Few reporting data streams are delayed. At the time of this alert reporting data streams are behind by:
- 9 hours -Hourly load conversions
- 19 hours- Hourly Feeds (Share of Voice)

Campaign Management: Customers can login and Campaign Management functionalities are accessible and working fine.

Editorial: No known impact.

Delivery: Display, Video and Native ad delivery has recovered. It is recommended to resume the campaigns for serving. There is no known impact to Search Ad delivery.

Product Ads/Shopping: No known impact.

Bing Places: Customers can login to WebUI, and location feed is accessible and working.
