More info: Impact is specific to users who are making outbound PSTN calls in the new Microsoft Teams desktop client and. As a workaround, users may be either able to switch back to the classic Microsoft Teams desktop client to make outbound PSTN calls or use the dial pad to make calls.

Current status: We've reviewing Microsoft Teams logs to help us understand why PSTN calls are failing in the new Microsoft Teams desktop client. However, we've identified a potential issue with our unified call flow, which is contributing to PSTN call failures and we're working on developing a fix to resolve impact for a part of the failures.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.
