More info: When attempting to access the Microsoft 365 Admin center, admins may receive a message informing them that "You can try refreshing the page to solve the problem. You can also wait a few minutes and try again."

As this event impacts Admin center access, we've also published to our Service Health Status page: https://status.cloud.microsoft/

Current status: Our mitigation is progressing as expected and we've received confirmation from some admins that the issue is resolved. We're restarting the remaining affected infrastructure, and we anticipate that this process will complete and provide resolution by our next update.

Scope of impact: Any admin attempting to access the Microsoft 365 Admin center may be affected.

Root cause: A configuration issue introduced in a recent update to some infrastructure that supports Microsoft 365 Admin center functionality led to impact.

Current status: Our analysis of telemetry and data provided by admins indicates a possible configuration issue introduced in a recent update to some infrastructure that supports Microsoft 365 Admin center functionality. We're restarting this infrastructure to ensure configurations are properly applied, which we suspect might provide relief to the impacted admins.

Scope of impact: Any admin attempting to access the Microsoft 365 Admin center may be affected.
