User impact: Users may be unable to access or use some Microsoft 365 services and features.

More info: Impacted services include but may not be limited to Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online and SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Office apps. Impact to specific users is varied depending on how the user was routed through the affected infrastructure and what service or product they were using.

Current status: We determined that a recent configuration change was causing intermittent connection errors, timeouts and latency while connecting to Microsoft 365 services leveraging the affected infrastructure. This change has been rolled back with positive results. We're continuing to perform traffic routing optimizations and monitoring service health to confirm impact remediation.

Scope of impact: This may impact any users routed through the affected infrastructure, though most impact appears isolated to customers hosted within North American and Latin America.

We're continuing to see recovery for the majority of affected users with most impact being reported to Microsoft Teams. Users may have been unable to access the service while others may experience problems sending or receiving messages or using other services reliant on Teams.

Some users may have experienced general access issues with SharePoint Online and have seen email delays using Microsoft Exchange.
