Current status: While our analysis into why the particular ASN is still ongoing, we’ve seen positive trends that indicate that impact is no longer occurring. We’re monitoring networking traffic and health to ensure that service is operating in an expected state.

User impact: Users in Argentina and other surrounding regions may be unable to access Microsoft 365 services.

Current status: Our initial investigation so far indicates that an autonomous system number (ASN) may be causing general access issues with Microsoft 365 services for those hosted in Argentina or around the region. We're analyzing traffic coming from this ASN to determine why recent networking changes made to mitigate impact for the region haven't had the same effect, as we previously took proactive actions to rebalance service load when certain networking regions were operating in a suboptimal state.
