We're seeing signs of recovery. We suspect that this is to do with a token caching issue, but this is early in the investigation cycle, so we're analyzing more diagnostics to confirm.

Current status: We're analyzing correlation IDs and authentication layers to understand what is causing authentication loops. We've seen some recovery from our internal reproductions, however, we're continuing our investigation.

Scope of impact: Most of the reports are from Western Europe, United States and Japan. Impact is specific to those users who are served through the affected infrastructure.
