More info: Affected admin users are returned an error message stating "Error displaying your content" when they attempt to connect to affected portals. Title: Some admin users may not be able to access the Microsoft Intune or Microsoft Entra admin center

User impact: Admin users may not be able to access the Microsoft Intune or Microsoft Entra admin center.

More info: Affected admin users are returned an error message stating "Error displaying your content" when they attempt to connect to affected.

Current status: Based on monitoring, the vast majority of services have recovered and we've received confirmation from some affected admin users that the impact is remediated. We're performing further validation in our telemetry to confirm that the Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra admin centers are accessible in the affected regions.

Scope of impact: Some admin users may be unable to access the Microsoft Intune or Microsoft Entra admin center and are returned an error message stating "Error displaying your content" when they attempt to connect to affected admin centers.

Root cause: A dependent service that Intune and Entra admin center access requests rely on experienced a drop in availability, resulting in failures and errors when admin users attempt to access those admin centers.

More info: Affected admin users are returned an error message stating "Error displaying your content" when they attempt to connect to affected portals.

Current status: We've determined that a dependent service that Intune and Entra IDs portal access requests rely on experienced a drop in availability, resulting in failures and errors when admins attempt to access those portals. Our monitoring indicates that services are recovering and that some admin users may be seeing the impact remediate. We'll provide a timeline to mitigation as one becomes available.

Current status: We received reports from affected admin users stating that they're unable to access the Microsoft Intune or Microsoft Entra ID portal, and are now receiving reports from a subset of affected admin users that impact is now resolved. We're validating the root cause of impact and what actions were done, if any, to restore service.

Scope of impact: Some admin users may be unable to access the Microsoft Intune or Microsoft Entra ID portal and are returned an error message stating "Error displaying your content" when they attempt to connect to affected portals.
