User impact: Users in the Japan region may be unable to access Microsoft 365 services.
Current status: We’ve observed the service recovering and most users should experience relief. Our investigation indicates that third-party networking issues in the region may be affecting Microsoft 365 services including Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Teams. We’re monitoring the service to ensure impact doesn't reoccur.
Scope of impact: Users in the Japan region may be unable to access Microsoft 365 services as a result of third-party networking issues.
