Current status: We've identified that a recent change within the service was causing impact. We've deployed a configuration change to disable the offending portion of code, and we're observing positive improvements in service availability. Current status: Our investigation has identified a specific internal telemetry log matching the reports of this issue, beginning around Friday, June 12, 2026, at 4:00 AM UTC. Once validated, we’ll proceed with the rollback across all impacted infrastructure.
