Starting at February 11, 2025 @ 12:00pm Central, TN SOS will be updating its search website, so services like business entity search and lien searches will be unavailable until the site is back up at Tuesday, February 18, 2025 @ 8:00am Central. As a result, any Verification, SOS Documents, and Lien Search requests requiring TN searches may be delayed until then.
